Synopsis

An impasse has arisen in the war between Alyss and Redd to rule the Wonderland. Redd has lost his imagination, a capability that allows him to control a large number of supernatural powers, including illusions, magic objects, and remote visibility locations. With the troops of Borderland, he fell back from the Wonderland invasion. Alyss's power was saved, but Alyss himself also lost his imagination. If there is another attack, they will not be able to stop the attack.

But their short reprieve, the loss of goads imagination of one of the other founding families of Wonderland, the Clubs, became an attempt to seize power. They started a demonstration of anti-imagination, attracting the hatred of those who do not have a strong imagination in the first place. As a result, they encourage dissent with the Alyss throne. Alyss attends one of these rallies in disguise, trying to find out the truth of whether the Club is planning to fight him and also trying to understand the irritation directed at him. He just took Dodge Anders with him for protection. The clubs were identified as leaders of the movement group, but Alyss was recognized and his arrest was ordered. In his flight he and Dodge were rescued by Mutty P. Dumphy, a citizen of Wonderland. He helped hide it in the transportation that the Club uses to move the people they capture with a strong imagination into the Limbo cooperative.

Meanwhile, Hatter Madigan and his daughter Homburg Molly are grieving over Weaver's death. But Hatter feels it's time for them to return to their queen, so they leave Talon's Point for the Wonderland. When they leave the Blue Caterpillar's oracle comes mysteriously and with a cloud of smoke he blows the word 'you' at Molly, indicating that the caterpillars have a plan for him. In the enemy camp, partly due to the manipulation of the Green worms, Arch regains control of Borderlanders and sends Redd and his friends to the flight. After regaining his army and convinced that Alyss was also without imagination, he renewed his attack on Wonderland.

However, all hope is not lost because the report comes to Alyss about the imagination being returned, the only question is how long it will take to return Alyss'. The Hatter brings Molly to Earth for salvation because, still confused over the death of a mother that she knows only briefly, she can not continue her work and protect herself in the coming war.

But Alyss's powers did not return on time and Wonderland was conquered by Arch, who had a creepy plan to once and for all extinguish the power of the imagination. Desperately, Redd and Alyss should work together despite their feelings towards each other.

So when Alyss returned it to the middle of the battlefield. Seeing what has happened and the temptation that holds the heart crystal proved, Alyss summons the orbital sequence at Redd's location, in the process of destroying the Crystal Heart. The resulting explosion took the life of Redd and his followers. This is when the caterpillars appear and reveal that this is what they want all this time. When Crystal is destroyed, the power of imagination is liberated and now no one else can control it. With this they release their skin, turn into butterflies, and fly into the sky.
