Critical reaction
Jason Bracelin, writing in the Las Vegas Review Journal, describes the EP by stating "After taking this new group EP, you get the impression that they might be able to convert the reading of ingredients into Prell bottles into hand-in songs -the-water.With an incredible line of synths, rings, constantly streaking guitars and big taps of syncopation and cymbal splash, the Imagine Dragons do not bone about believing that bigger is always better... it will be just a matter of time before songs like "Curse" are all over the radio.
