Oso Special Agent is an interactive American CGI animated series for a series of pre-school audiences created by Ford Riley. The series premiered on April 4, 2009 as part of the Disney Channel Playhouse Disney block, and was one of the charter series that was part of the Disney Junior block replacement that began on February 14, 2011, and later, the Disney Junior channel.

Premise

Each episode begins with Oso Special Agent in the middle of the exercise, which usually fails on his first try, causing him to say "It's all part of the plan - more or less" and Paw Pilot, his computer assistant, who gave him a warning. Always, during practice, at least one child is faced with a simple task he has trouble finishing it, which notices the drone "Shutterbug". Oso was always assigned to the case, and his Paw Pilot, along with the invisible Mr. Dos, described his client's misery and assigned him a mission to help the child complete the task. To do so, Paw Pilot provides Oso with "three special steps," a simplified step-by-step guide to complete the task. Oso is transported to the child's location and tries to follow the steps; because the three specific steps, inside and from themselves, are usually too unclear to accomplish the task correctly, Paw Pilot also provides further explanations, including at least one helpful trick. In the third and final step, Paw Pilot senses the time limit on the task (between 3-19 seconds) and starts counting down when the time limit is near; Oso and son usually finish the task like time runs out.

Back from the assignment, the useful tricks given during the assignment always turn out to be the same tricks Oso needed to complete the disrupted exercise work, which he also completed and skipped.

Episode

The show has 60 episodes; 24 in the first season and 36 in the second season. The names of episodes usually refer to James Bond film names, such as Three Wheels Are Not Enough and The Boy with the Golden Gift. The first two seasons contain at least one episode title parodying all 22 existing Bond films (such as Skyfall released after Season 2 originally concluded, similar to Specter ). Some episode titles also parodied Carly Simon's song "Nobody Does it Better" which is a popular theme song for The Spy Who Loved Me.

Components

Each episode consists of four components:

• Three Special Steps is the step that Paw Pilot gave to Oso to follow when he was on a special assignment. Oso has time to complete three special steps. The third step is usually timed for 3-19 seconds.
• training exercises are Oso training assignments assigned by Wolfie, Dotty or Bufo. Oso usually messes up his first attempt, but in doing specific tasks he refers to the mistakes he makes in his practice, thanks to the people he helps. He then returns to his practice and does it right, then gets the "Digi-Medal.
• Participation of the audience or interaction with Oso. Sometimes, Oso will ask the audience to help him find something hidden or missing on the screen. Next time, Oso will ask the audience to try something physically demanding that he did.
• special task is the mission Oso requested to be solved by the mysterious Mr. Dos, to help a needy child. Oso tried to complete the Three Special Step given by Paw Pilot to him. Then he got a "Digi-Medal".

Three Healthy Steps

Oso Special Agent: The Three Healthy Steps is a short series that airs in the United States and Britain during the Junior Disney programming bloc. This encourages children to use "three healthy steps" about eating, healthy and exercising.

The characters featured in the short series are Special Agent Oso, Paw Pilot, Special Agent Wolfie, Special Agent Dotty, and Professor Buffo.

The first season Oso Special Agent premiered in the United Kingdom on April 4, 2009, and aired through April 17, 2010; the second season aired on July 9, 2010. The first season and the second season Oso Special Agent was broadcast on May 30, 2011 on Belevian Television Qatar And Belevia and Disney Junior Asia in 2013.
